About the role

As our operations are growing we are looking for a person with automation background with security angle to join our MSS (Managed Security Services) platform team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive laboratory environment to support our continuous development needs.

You will be part of a platform team, which provides you the necessary support and capabilities to further develop your professional skills. As we use many technologies and constantly develop our services and operations, you have the possibility to take part in creation of comprehensive cyber security solution to change the world for better.

In the role you will:

-Be a member of a platform team
-Take part in platform automation work both in the lab and in the real environments
-Develop and maintain best practices on system operations and system automation
-Setting up and maintaining a hybrid (on-prem/cloud) setup to represent a real customer IT environment
-Coordinating the lab and ensuring all SOC security tools are properly deployed and configured
-Set up and maintain an attack simulation framework in the lab
-Actively develop new lab capabilities to meet business requirements
-Providing support for lab users
-Coordinate purple-teaming in the lab

The following experience is beneficial for this position:

-Experience in Windows, Linux and public cloud administration
-Experience with DevOps workflows
-Experience in at least some information security domain
-Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as a Code)
-Configuration Management (Salt)
-Modern software engineering skills
-Experience with scripting languages, especially Python
-Relevant certifications

Since our international operations are growing, you need to have great communication skills in English, Finnish language is a plus.

The position is permanent and full-time, You will be based in Espoo, Finland with an option to work remotely.
